He also specializes in real estate, restructurings, privatizations and general corporate matters. Mr. Núñez regularly advises financial institutions, issuers, borrowers, private equity funds, real estate and development funds and family offices in connection with domestic and cross-border transactions. Mr. Núñez-Sarrapy obtained his J.D. degree from the Escuela Libre de Derecho. He was a founding partner at Cortés y Núñez Sarrapy, S.C. from 2004 to 2011 (which in July 2011 merged with González Calvillo), and a foreign associate at the New York office of Shearman & Sterling LLP during the years of 2000 and 2001
